Pre-training principle is the concept where the learners are taught information or concepts before coming to the training. This principle can be used as a segmentation of training. Segmentation of training is used to teach simple short steps to assist the learner. This pre-training allows the learner to obtain and become a master of a concept or certain information before the training class begins and be ready to learn more in the classroom.
